Winona-Ryder
Winona Ryder, professionally Winona Ryder was born in Winona Minnesota. Her parents named their daughter after her hometown. Michel Horowitz' father was an author and editor along with Cynthia Palmer and her mother. Ryder's mother and father have both been Jewish. Ryder believes herself to being Jewish. The actress is the younger sister of Uria as well as half-siblings Jubal & Sunyata. Ryder's parents relocated her and her siblings into Mendocino County California when Ryder turned seven. Here, they did not have electricity. Ryder was an avid bookworm and would spend her days studying books since there was no TV. Ryder took acting classes at the age of Ryder was 12years old at the American Conservatory Theatre. In the year she turned 15years old, Ryder was offered her first acting job on the screen in Lucas. Ryder endured bullying while in high school. She thought that by becoming an actor, her behavior would be changed. Unfortunately that didn't come to be. But she pushed on with her goals. Her biggest break was in 1988 when she appeared in Tim Burton's Beetlejuice. Ryder continued playing roles that were successful in a variety of films. In 1993, she was awarded an Academy Award for The Age of Innocence.
